You will be required to post your external hard drive (and in some rare cases your console and power supply, if you purchased very early in the RetroBOSS release) to us at your cost. It is your responsibility to send them back securely and with adequate insurance. Details of where and how to do this will be sent to you shortly after purchase via email. If you do not receive instructions within 24 hours, check your spam folder or get in contact with us.
 
This procedure will update your RetroBOSS console to the current specification as shown on our website (please check games lists before purchase). Your consoles external drive will be wiped and flashed to the newest specification, losing any saved game data, modified games lists, artwork etc in the process.
 
We aim to ship your drive back to you within 3 working days of receipt.
