HOW DOES THE CONSOLE CONNECT TO THE TV?
The Console connects via a standard HDMI cable (included) and plugs into any TV with an HDMI input.
HOW DOES THE CONSOLE SOUND?
The console will sound exactly how the original games sounded. There's even some pretty cool retro background music in the main menu!
CAN GAMES BE SAVED AND CONTINUED LIKE THE ORIGINALS?
Yes, games can be saved exactly like the originals, or by saved 'states' (explained in the user guide) The only system you cannot save on is the Colecovision on the Level 3 package.
CAN I ADD MORE GAMES?
Yes, it is possible, you will need to copy your games from a Windows PC/Laptop via Ethernet. Storage space is almost full on all the products so adding CD based systems like PS1 games will require them to be added on a 1 in, 1 out basis.
DO I NEED THE INTERNET TO USE THE CONSOLE?
No you do not, nor any subscription.
DO I NEED THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE?
You do if you want to play the keyboard/mouse systems on the console. If a game needed keyboard or mouse input originally, it will likely do so on the console.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?
The vast majority of games on our consoles work perfectly and will give you hours upon hours of gaming pleasure. However, there may be some games that suffer from audio, graphical or speed issues. If you would like to know how any particular game performs on any of our products, please get in touch.

OK, let us know and we'll try our best to get it for your order. For large customisations a small fee will apply. Please note that this request may increase delivery time.
CAN I CONNECT OTHER CONTROLLERS TO THE CONSOLE?
It is sometimes possible, either by Bluetooth (adapter not supplied for Level 3) or USB. However, It is highly recommended to use the console with our supplied controllers as everything is pre-set to work perfectly with them.
WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ITEM?
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days (5 for the Level 4 package) although this can increase depending on stock levels. In most cases you should receive your order within 3-5 working days (10-12 for the Level 4 package). If you would like an estimated time for your delivery, please contact us before purchase. We use Royal Mail to ship all orders via their 'signed for' service. Tracking information is provided but will only update when a delivery attempt is made. Please be aware that any delays to receiving your order after we have shipped it will be subject to Rail Mail's terms for 2nd class 'signed for' postage.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
There is a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
DOES THE CONSOLE COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, a 1 year manufacturer warranty. However, it does not protect against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose and alteration of the product. It does not cover general wear on any of the items. Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use will not be covered under warranty.
